Season 1
Chapter 1 and 2 – 59 minutes
In the twilight of his career, Serrines has made more money than most actors of his generation. People recognize him on the street and he has no shortage of job offers, but there is one thing he misses: prestige.
As he is about to star in the reboot of the
reboot
of the series that put him in the spotlight twenty years ago, he decides to leave the platform that produced him in the lurch and give a new focus to his career. To this end, he hires his niece and commissions her to look for scholarly works with which to gain the recognition he has not earned so far.
So we will meet Serrines, a somewhat crude guy, a bit classist, neither sexist nor feminist, with a cuñao speech, who is not racist, but… Let’s go, a cretin with all the letters. Of course, Serrines, the character, has nothing to do with Resines, the actor. Or at least that’s what he says, who has asked us to make it clear: “There are a lot of assholes out there who can’t tell the difference, starting with you”.
